Above & Beyond Patriot Award Dinner May 12, 2005 Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley is the esteemed recipient of this year’s Above and Beyond Patriot Award. The ABPA Dinner was held on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Hilton Chicago. Last year, actor Gary Sinise was honored at this event. Mr. Sinise presented the award to Mayor Daley at this year’s event.
