Veterans Disability Benefits Commission Town Hall Meeting On April 11, 2006 the Veterans Disability Benefits Commission hosted a town hall meeting at the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum as part of a fact finding visit to the Chicago area. The public was invited to attend & present oral & written testimony about their experiences with the VA & DoD health systems.
