150 Ton Pipe Welding Rotator Polyurethane Wheel Hydraulic Pressure
Conventional Rotators are built in capacities from 1T to 2000
tonnes. The frame is of robust fabricated construction and is
machining on the top and underneath to ensure perfect alignment.
Both the drive and the idler frames are provided with robust
fabricated and machined wheel brackets which support the axles and
bearings of the rollers.
The equipment mainly consists of drive rotator, idler rotator and
electrical control system etc. Drive rotator is made up of base,
pedestal, rollers and drive device, idler rotator without drive

of the weld seam according to requirements such as welding, heat
treatment after welding were annealed to remove internal stress and
effective prevention of welding deformation.
(2)Drive device located on the two roller beds of the droved
rotator, Drive device are consist of reducer and motor. The reducer
adopts the special design gear and wheel reducer and which made by
our company, with high transmission efficiency, large output
moment. Drive unit droved by AC frequency conversion motor, and
through reducer, thus drive the roller turning. The turning speed
is VFD, and the speed can be adjusted in the range of
100-1000mm/min, and it can realize different welding requirement of
different size work piece. Both drive and idler rotator equipped
with traveling unit, easy for operating, and the idler unit with
manual lock device, it can quick lock rotator on the rail. On the
base of drive rotator equipped with a set of traveling motor, and
traveling consists by two bevel gear reducer and two 1.5 KW motor,
gear and wheel couple, and the drive and idler rotator droved on
the rail by bevel gear reducer and gear and rack couple, traveling
smoothly and convenient operating.
(3)The rollers are all Polyurethane material and without metal.
Roller center distance can be adjusted to realize different size
workpiece. When adjusting, just move the position of symmetrical
roller seat, then fixed by bolts, easy and convenient, also with
large anti-wallop strength..
(4)The equipment side of the idler rotator fitted with a mechanical
gear wheel, gear wheel fixed in the holder with the rotating
cylinder, while the rotation of power, to meet the welding
requirements of different size cylinder workpiece, to prevent the
shifting of the workpiece in the welding process holder behind the
installation of a locking device to prevent the roller frame roll.
(5)Electric control system mainly consists of electric control box
and remote panel. There are inverter, relay, terminal etc in the
control box. Power switch is mounted on the door of electric
control box. The alarm indication, alarm clear button on the panel
